The CBI has intensified its investigation into the NEET paper leak case that created nationwide controversy. Officials conducted raids at the residence of Ashwini Kadam in Nanded, Maharashtra, as part of the probe. Investigators reportedly found that the leaked question papers were distributed through Telegram groups. The accused are believed to have sold the papers to candidates for nearly ₹5 lakh each.
The agency is also examining phone call records and financial transactions linked to the suspects. So far, nine people have been arrested across the country in connection with the case. The CBI is continuing its search for the masterminds behind the larger network, while concerns over the transparency and credibility of national-level examinations continue to grow.
