Government Support for Small Contractors – Bhatti Assures

Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka assured that the state government stands firmly with small civil contractors and is addressing their issues with a humane approach. During a meeting at Praja Bhavan with Builders Association of India representatives and contractors, he responded positively to their request for clearing pending dues and stated that the government has a clear plan to release all pending bills in a phased manner. He also highlighted that payments are being made regularly every month.

Earlier, contractor representatives met Roads and Buildings Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and later briefed the Deputy CM about their discussions. Expressing satisfaction over the government’s assurance, Builders Association state chairman Ravinder Reddy announced the postponement of the ‘Chalo Hyderabad’ protest scheduled for the 18th of this month. He also thanked Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka, and Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy for their support.
