Fitness Gets a Boost… Employees in Korea Receive a Big Offer

Many companies are increasingly focusing on employee health by offering incentives such as gym memberships, health check ups and fitness programmes. In a unique initiative, a company in South Korea has reportedly announced luxury gifts for employees who exercise regularly for two months. The rewards are said to include products from high-end brands such as Gucci, Chanel and Prada. Mansi Arora, an Indian woman working at the company in Seoul, shared details of the initiative in a video posted on Instagram.

According to Arora, employees must work out consistently for two consecutive months and send daily photos or videos of their exercise sessions to their team leader or manager. Those who successfully complete the programme will receive luxury-branded gifts. Arora said the initiative is intended to encourage employees to prioritise their health and develop regular fitness habits, even with busy work schedules. She added that the offer had also motivated her to start exercising. The video has since gained attention and gone viral on social media.
