Delhi Police have dismissed reports claiming that Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) president Abhijit Deepke was arrested, describing the information circulating on social media as false. The police urged the public not to believe or share misleading content and clarified that Deepke was present at the Jantar Mantar protest site in New Delhi.
The police further stated that Abhijit Deepke had neither been detained nor arrested. The Cockroach Janata Party also issued a clarification, confirming that its president had not been taken into custody. Both the police and the party appealed to the public to rely only on verified information and avoid spreading unverified claims on social media.
