Heavy Rain Causes Flooding and Traffic Chaos in Madhapur, Delivery Worker Rescued

Heavy rainfall triggered waterlogging and flooding in several parts of Madhapur, Hyderabad, disrupting normal traffic movement. In an alarming incident, a delivery worker fell into a drain along with his motorcycle amid the flooding. Police personnel and National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) teams responded promptly and rescued him safely.

Meanwhile, traffic congestion intensified across Madhapur as rainwater accumulated on roads. After the rainfall subsided, a large number of vehicles took to the roads simultaneously, resulting in heavy traffic jams. Commuters faced considerable inconvenience while navigating the waterlogged streets.
