The Central Government has taken a key decision to ensure speedy disposal of cases related to the NEET paper leak. Five fast track courts will be set up across four states to expedite the trial under the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act.
As part of the initiative, two fast-track courts will function under the Bombay High Court benches. The Centre has directed that hearings be conducted on a day to day basis to ensure swift justice and strict action against those involved in the paper leak.
