BJP Chief Nitin Nabin Arrives at Bhogapuram Airport

BJP national president Nitin Nabin arrived at the newly operational Alluri Sitarama Raju International Airport in Bhogapuram on Monday night. He was accorded a grand welcome by BJP state president PVN Madhav, national joint organisation general secretary BL Santosh, Union Minister of State for Steel Bhupathiraju Srinivasa Varma, MPs CM Ramesh and Daggubati Purandeswari, and Minister Satyakumar Yadav. A large number of BJP workers gathered at the airport to welcome him. District in-charge minister Dola Sribala Veeranjaneya Swamy, TDP state president Palla Srinivasa Rao and Vizianagaram MP Kalisetti Appalanaidu also welcomed Nabin. His arrival on the first day of commercial operations at the new airport drew attention.

The BJP will hold an extended state executive meeting in Visakhapatnam on Tuesday to discuss the party’s future strategy, organisational strengthening and public issues. Nitin Nabin is scheduled to attend the meeting. State BJP president PVN Madhav and senior leaders reviewed the arrangements at the Vizag Convention Hall in Madhurawada on Monday. They also inspected preparations for the ‘Yuva Samvad’ programme scheduled to be held at the Grand Bay Hotel in Visakhapatnam.
