The Andhra Pradesh government has approved a Goa-style beach shack policy aimed at boosting tourism in the state. Under this initiative, temporary beachfront bars and restaurants will be set up in locations such as Visakhapatnam and Chirala beaches to enhance tourist facilities.
These beach outlets will offer food, seafood, snacks, and beverages to visitors, including alcoholic drinks, and will operate from 10 AM to 8 PM. The government stated that the move is intended to attract both domestic and international tourists and further develop the tourism sector in the state.
