Telangana GST Collections Surge

Telangana recorded strong growth in GST collections in September 2026, with domestic GST revenue rising 18% year-on-year to ₹5,327 crore. From April to September, the state’s post-settlement SGST revenue stood at ₹22,231 crore, also registering 18% growth. The latest figures put Telangana’s growth ahead of the national average.

Andhra Pradesh also recorded steady growth in GST collections. The state’s domestic GST revenue stood at ₹3,599 crore in September, marking a 6% increase. Between April and September 2026, Andhra Pradesh received ₹19,598 crore in post-settlement SGST revenue, reflecting 18% growth. The latest GST data indicates continued growth in tax revenues in both Telugu states.
