

The Indian stock market continues to witness strong IPO activity, with several companies preparing to raise funds through public issues. Juniper Green Energy Limited’s ₹1,800 crore IPO will open on July 30 and close on August 3, with a price band of ₹214 to ₹225 per share. The company plans to use the proceeds for debt repayment, investment in subsidiaries, and general corporate purposes. MV Electrosystems’ ₹290 crore IPO and Pooja Precision Engineering’s ₹160 crore SME IPO are also scheduled this week. Master Chains N Jewels Limited has filed draft papers with SEBI to raise up to ₹400 crore through its IPO.
Several recent IPOs received strong investor participation, including Lohia Corp with 7.25 times subscription, Indo-MIM with 72.34 times subscription, and Extranet Technologies with 12.24 times subscription. Meanwhile, aviation battery technology company Dreamfly Innovations announced plans to establish a battery manufacturing facility in North Bengaluru with an investment of ₹40 crore. The facility will focus on advanced aviation battery solutions.
