India’s primary market is expected to see significant activity next week, with five companies preparing to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs). EAAA India Alternatives, SFC Environmental Technologies, M K Sons Fine Jewels, BLS Polymers and Bombay Coated and Special Steels are reportedly planning public issues between October 26 and 29, 2026, with a combined fundraising target of approximately ₹2,600 crore. The companies operate in different sectors, including alternative investments, wastewater treatment, jewellery retail, polymer manufacturing and steel processing. Their IPO proceeds are intended for purposes such as business expansion, working capital, debt repayment and equipment purchases, while some offers will allow existing shareholders to sell their holdings.
EAAA India Alternatives is reportedly planning a ₹1,200 crore offer for sale, with a price band of ₹1,585–₹1,665 per share and an issue window from October 26 to 28. SFC Environmental Technologies is planning an IPO worth around ₹668 crore, with a price band of ₹313–₹330 and a closing date of October 29. M K Sons Fine Jewels is scheduled to open its ₹275.4 crore issue on October 28 and close on October 30, with a price band of ₹153–₹162. BLS Polymers is reportedly targeting ₹255 crore between October 27 and 29, at ₹142–₹150 per share. Bombay Coated and Special Steels plans to raise around ₹183.1 crore through a fresh issue, with a price band of ₹78–₹82 and an issue period from October 29 to November 2. Other companies are also preparing for potential listings, although their timelines remain subject to official announcements. Investors should verify the latest details through official offer documents and exchange disclosures. An IPO subscription does not guarantee listing gains, and decisions should take into account a company’s financial performance, debt, growth prospects, valuation and individual risk tolerance.
