International Company Announces Major Investment in Hyderabad

Panattoni is set to enter Hyderabad with a major advanced manufacturing project worth ₹150 crore. The international company, known for industrial real estate and logistics property development, announced that it will establish a large facility focused on the needs of aerospace and precision manufacturing companies.

The unit will be developed on 10 acres with a built-up area of nearly 1.52 lakh square feet under the build-to-development model. Construction is expected to begin in July and be completed within 15 months. The company estimates that the project will generate direct and indirect employment for around 500 people. Panattoni began its operations in the Indian market in 2022.
