Reliance Industries showcased a major artificial intelligence push during its 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM), announcing five new AI-powered platforms for Indian users. The company introduced JioBharat IQ, AI Vyapar, JioHealth IQ, JioLearn IQ, and JioKrishi IQ, designed to serve individuals, students, farmers, healthcare users, and businesses. These AI platforms will support 22 Indian languages and aim to improve productivity, learning, healthcare access, and agricultural guidance across the country.
Reliance also unveiled a voice-based AI agent integrated directly into the Jio network. Activated with the command “Hey Jio,” the AI assistant can answer queries during calls, generate call summaries, transcribe conversations, identify multiple speakers, and perform tasks such as ordering food, booking cabs, reserving restaurant tables, and managing conference calls. The company further introduced Jio TeleFrame, a voice-first AI operating system featuring a family of AI agents for shopping, entertainment, home management, guest assistance, and daily activities, all available in regional languages with user consent and action tracking features.
