Maruti Suzuki WagonR has remained one of the popular family hatchbacks in the Indian automobile market since its introduction in 1999. The current third-generation facelift was launched in February 2022. Now, a heavily camouflaged test vehicle has reportedly been spotted on Indian roads, indicating that the company could be working on another update for the model.
The upcoming WagonR facelift is expected to receive several cosmetic changes. The front could feature redesigned halogen headlamps, a revised grille, a smoother-finished bumper and newly styled air intakes. At the rear, the bumper may receive minor changes, including vertically positioned reflectors. The tail-lamp design is expected to remain largely unchanged. The cabin is also likely to retain its existing layout with some styling enhancements.
