Apple is expected to unveil iOS 27 at its Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2026, with a strong focus on artificial intelligence and performance improvements. Unlike previous updates centered on visual redesigns, iOS 27 is expected to prioritize a more intelligent Siri, enhanced battery efficiency, faster performance, and deeper AI integration. The new Siri is rumored to be powered by advanced AI technology, offering features such as conversation memory, personalized assistance, AI-powered search, and a standalone chatbot-style application.
Reports also suggest that iOS 27 has been designed with Apple’s anticipated foldable iPhone in mind. New multitasking tools, split-screen functionality, customizable camera controls, AI-assisted writing tools, grammar correction, intelligent shortcuts, custom wallpaper generation, and upgraded photo editing features are expected to be introduced. Apple is also likely to release developer beta versions immediately after WWDC, with a public beta expected in July and the final version scheduled for release in September 2026.
