

Adobe has introduced a new enterprise focused platform called CX Enterprise at its Adobe Summit 2026 conference. This platform is designed to enhance customer experience workflows using agentic artificial intelligence. It enables businesses to manage the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition and engagement to retention, through a unified and automated system powered by AI agents.
The platform builds on Adobe Experience Platform, which collects customer data from various sources to deliver real time insights and seamless cross channel engagement. CX Enterprise integrates AI agents, reusable skills, and system endpoints into a single ecosystem, allowing businesses to streamline operations. It also includes a governance layer to ensure workflows remain transparent, trackable, and controlled.
In addition, Adobe introduced features like Brand Intelligence and Engagement Intelligence to support personalized customer interactions at scale. The company also launched AI-powered agents and a Coworker feature that coordinates tasks across multiple agents. With support for major technology partners and developer tools like APIs and integration endpoints, CX Enterprise aims to simplify adoption and improve business outcomes.
