Adobe’s long-time CEO Shantanu Narayen has sold a significant portion of his company shares, earning nearly $18.26 million (around ₹152 crore). The transaction, carried out in late April, has drawn attention from investors, although official disclosures suggest it was primarily linked to personal tax obligations and estate planning rather than any concern over company performance.
This development comes shortly after Narayen announced his decision to step down as CEO after leading Adobe for 18 years. Despite the large sale, he continues to retain a substantial stake in the company, valued at several million dollars, keeping him closely tied to Adobe’s long-term growth and future direction.
