Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya has made a significant career decision by permanently relocating from Mumbai to Bengaluru. The 32-year-old vice-captain moved after finding his daily travel from Lower Parel to training facilities increasingly tiring. He has now rented a residence on the outskirts of Bengaluru and will use the BCCI’s Centre of Excellence as his full-time base for training, rehabilitation, and sports science support. This makes him the first centrally contracted Indian cricketer to adopt the CoE as a year-round high-performance hub.
Alongside this move, Pandya’s new ₹12 crore Ferrari 12Cilindri has also drawn attention. The luxury supercar, finished in a striking green shade, was reportedly acquired after India’s T20 World Cup success earlier this year. Powered by an 819-horsepower V12 engine, the car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds. With Pandya now settled in Bengaluru, both his professional training and high-end lifestyle are expected to be closely associated with the city’s growing elite sports and automotive culture.
