Commonwealth Games: Lovepreet Singh Wins Silver in Weightlifting

Lovepreet Singh secured a silver medal in weightlifting at the Commonwealth Games by lifting a total of 388 kg. He delivered an impressive performance but narrowly missed out on the gold medal.

The gold medal was claimed by David Andrew of New Zealand, who lifted 389 kg, just 1 kg more than Lovepreet Singh. The Indian athlete missed the top spot by a very small margin.
