Asian Games.. Team India Reaches the Final

Team India stormed into the cricket final at the Asian Games with a dominant 124-run victory over Sri Lanka in the semi-final. India’s bowlers produced a superb performance to dismiss Sri Lanka for just 45 runs. The Sri Lankan batting lineup struggled from the beginning, with Sahan Arachchige the only batter to score in double figures.

Abhishek Sharma further tightened the pressure by taking two wickets in consecutive deliveries. With the emphatic win, India booked its place in the Asian Games cricket final, where it will face Pakistan. The much-anticipated India-Pakistan clash will now take place in the gold-medal decider.
