

Telangana BJP MPs DK Aruna, Konda Vishweshwar Reddy, Nagesh, Raghu Nandan Rao, and Eatala Rajender met Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare Shivraj Singh Chouhan in New Delhi and submitted a memorandum highlighting several key issues concerning the state. The MPs urged the Centre to allocate more houses to Telangana under the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana–Gramin (PMAY-G).
The delegation also requested the Union Minister to sanction and develop additional rural roads in Telangana under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY). They further discussed several issues related to the agriculture sector. Notably, during his recent visit to New Delhi, the Chief Minister also sought the allocation of 11.50 lakh houses to Telangana under the PMAY-Gramin scheme.
