The Jana Bharat Party (JBP) has lodged a formal complaint with the President of India against Raghurama Krishna Raju, alleging that he has been actively participating in political debates despite holding a constitutional position. The complaint was submitted by JBP State General Secretary Parasa Suresh Kumar. Acting swiftly on the complaint, the President’s Secretariat acknowledged the issue and recommended that the matter be examined immediately and appropriate action initiated based on the petitioner’s report.
Responding to the development, JBP Party President Jada Shravan Kumar stated that the party is prepared to approach judicial forums seeking action against the Deputy Speaker. The President’s Secretariat has reportedly issued clear directions to ensure prompt consideration of the complaint and necessary follow-up, lending significance to the allegations raised by the party.
