No more ties with BRS: Kavitha

MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha’s comments that she was expelled from the BRS in a humiliating manner have now sparked a major political discussion. She expressed deep anguish over the way the party suspended her without any notice.

Kavitha said, “Even a prisoner sentenced to death is asked for their final wish, but I was suspended without even being issued a show-cause notice. This is very painful.”

She further clarified, “If KCR calls me, I’ll go home as a daughter, but I no longer have any connection with the BRS.”

Kavitha’s remarks about her suspension have intensified internal tensions within the party. Political circles are buzzing that every word she spoke during the Jubilee Hills campaign is turning out to be a major blow to the BRS.
