Telangana Minister Konda Surekha made strong remarks against Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. She said that she had already submitted her explanation to Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge and questioned why action should be taken against her before action is taken against Revanth Reddy. She also questioned how Revanth Reddy could claim that he would remain Chief Minister for ten years and said that the issues raised by her daughter were based on facts.
Konda Surekha further warned that the BC community would unite if action was taken against her. She questioned why there was no discussion about the allegations of commissions involving Bhatti Vikramarka and Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy. She also claimed that several ministers and leaders in the Congress party were unhappy with the current situation.
