BRS chief K. Chandrashekar Rao is reportedly planning to approach the High Court by filing a lunch motion petition, citing his busy schedule due to the ongoing municipal election process. Sources indicate that KCR has decided to seek special permission from the court, explaining that his responsibilities as party president require his full attention during the elections.
According to information available, a team of advocates from the BRS legal cell is set to file the lunch motion petition before the Chief Justice of the High Court today. The petition is expected to request appropriate relief in view of KCR’s political engagements linked to the municipal polls, making this development significant in Telangana’s political and legal circles.
