

During Ugadi celebrations, Chief Minister Chandrababu outlined key plans for the state’s development and employment generation. He stated that the government is committed to developing the state through short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategies. He expressed his intention to remain accessible to the people and urged them to stay alert against misleading elements. The Chief Minister reaffirmed the government’s commitment to job creation, stating that a job calendar has been released to fill 10,060 posts through APPSC. He also highlighted that 15,940 teacher posts were filled through Mega DSC and 5,757 police constables were recruited.
In total, 30,607 government jobs have been provided, while 6.28 lakh jobs were generated in the private sector. He reiterated the promise of creating 20 lakh jobs and assured that it will be fulfilled.
He announced that recruitment notifications will be issued between May 15 and October 15 to fill more vacancies. Citing a report, he said Andhra Pradesh has secured a top position in consumer justice and is ensuring protection of consumer rights. He emphasized that for Andhra Pradesh to become a wealthy, healthy, and happy society by 2047, progress is required in all sectors.
He called upon people to work together to enhance the pride and reputation of the Telugu community globally in the Parabhava Nama year.
