Interesting Buzz Around Nayanthara’s Films’ OTT Releases

Nayanthara had two major releases last month, with the action drama ‘Toxic’ followed by the romantic comedy ‘Hi’. However, neither film made a strong impact at the box office. Nayanthara also turned producer for ‘Hi’, which was directed by Vishnu Edavan. ZEE5 had earlier announced the film as part of its September streaming lineup, and it is expected to premiere on September 25. However, an official confirmation regarding the exact streaming date is still awaited.

Meanwhile, reports are doing the rounds that ‘Toxic’, directed by Geetu Mohandas, could also premiere on ZEE5 on the same day. Nayanthara plays Ganga, the sister of Yash’s character, in the action drama. If the reports turn out to be true, fans could get to watch both of Nayanthara’s recent films on the same streaming platform this weekend.
