CID Uncovers ₹90 Crore Land Scam in Hyderabad’s Kollur, Four Arrested

The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has uncovered an alleged land scam worth approximately ₹90 crore in Kollur, Hyderabad. During its investigation, the agency found that three acres of land had allegedly been mutated illegally by tampering with official land records. The case has brought further attention to irregularities involving land records maintained through the Dharani system.

The CID arrested four accused in connection with the case: Shiva, Rajender, Pawan and Mahesh. One of the arrested individuals is reportedly a Bhu Bharati operator. Investigators stated that the accused violated the provisions of the Bhu Bharati Act, 2025, while manipulating land records. All four have been remanded to judicial custody.
