Traffic Diversions at Gachibowli for Flyover Works

The Cyberabad Police have imposed traffic restrictions near the IIIT Junction in Hyderabad due to ongoing construction of a multi-level flyover and underpass. The diversions came into effect from Wednesday (April 8) and are expected to continue for nearly a year. According to officials, the traffic changes will be in force daily from 8 AM to 9 PM.

As part of the diversions, traffic from Gachibowli towards Lingampally will be rerouted via Wipro Junction and Gowlidoddi. Vehicles coming from Gopanpally, Q-City, and Kokapet towards IIIT Junction will be diverted at Wipro Junction towards Nanakramguda and ORR. Similarly, traffic from Lingampally towards Gachibowli will be redirected via SMR/HCU Bus Depot, Masjid Banda, and Botanical Junction. Commuters are advised to plan their travel accordingly and cooperate with authorities during this period.
