

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy instructed officials not to compromise on quality while preparing the 22-item kit to be given to government school students. He said that students should receive the kits before schools reopen after summer holidays. The Chief Minister made it clear that there should be no hesitation in spending money when it comes to students needs, but quality must never be reduced under any circumstances.
During a review meeting with senior officials on central procurement for government schools and welfare hostels, he asked them to plan properly for supplying uniforms along with 21 essential items. These include school belts, ties, shoes, school bags, notebooks and other required materials. He also directed officials to submit complete details of pending bills related to government schools and residential schools. Several senior advisors and officials attended the meeting.
