Municipal Election Schedule on the 28th?

The countdown for municipal elections in Telangana has begun. The State Election Commission (SEC) is preparing to conduct elections for 116 municipalities and 7 corporations across the state. Key tasks such as the preparation of voter lists and the selection of polling stations have already been completed.

It is reported that after a high-level review meeting on the 27th of this month, the election schedule is likely to be officially announced on January 28th. The government is working towards completing the entire election process before the end of March.
