Job Calendar Released in AP with 10,060 Posts

The government of Andhra Pradesh has initiated a massive drive to fill job vacancies. Minister Nara Lokesh released a Job Calendar comprising 10,060 posts. He announced that, henceforth, a Job Calendar would be released every year on the festival of Ugadi. While a notification to fill 1,500 posts in the Higher Education Department is scheduled for release on May 15, a notification for 91 posts under Group-1 services will be issued on August 15. On the same day, the recruitment process for 2,778 posts in the Home Department and 928 posts in other departments is set to commence.

Furthermore, on September 15, notifications will be released for 750 Group-2 posts, 503 AEE (Assistant Executive Engineer) posts, and 506 other miscellaneous posts. An announcement regarding the recruitment of faculty positions in universities is also expected. Additionally, a notification to fill 3,004 posts related to School and Intermediate Education will be released on October 15. This decision is being hailed as a major source of relief for the unemployed youth in the state.
