The evacuation of Indian nationals from the UAE has begun amid recent tensions, with an Etihad Airways flight from Abu Dhabi landing safely in Delhi carrying around 300 passengers. Officials confirmed that four flights have arrived so far, bringing relief to stranded travelers. The resumed operations come after a brief suspension of services triggered by regional security concerns.
Flights have also landed in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Kochi, marking the gradual restoration of air connectivity. Aviation authorities stated that flight services resumed after a three-day pause that followed the Iran-related security situation. More evacuation and regular flights are expected in the coming days to assist Indian citizens returning home.
