Bengaluru Police Issue Strict Advisory for IPL 2026 Final Celebrations

Bengaluru Police have issued a strict advisory ahead of the IPL 2026 final, urging fans to maintain public order and avoid celebrations that could lead to disturbances. Authorities have clearly prohibited public celebrations after the match result, bike rallies, stunts, road blockages, and excessive honking.

The advisory also bans unauthorized public live screenings, use of crackers, and possession of dangerous materials. Police have warned of strict action against public nuisance, fights, and provocative social media posts. The measures aim to prevent a repeat of last year’s tragic stampede incident during RCB celebrations.
