Thunderstorm Warning Issued for Rayalaseema Districts

A thunderstorm warning has been issued for several districts in the Rayalaseema region. Authorities have predicted moderate rains accompanied by lightning in parts of Nandyal, Anantapur, Sri Sathya Sai, YSR Kadapa, Annamayya, and Chittoor districts within the next three hours.

Strong gusty winds with speeds of 50–60 kmph are also expected. Officials have advised the public not to take shelter under trees, electric poles, or hoardings and to remain alert and cautious. Prakhar Jain, MD of the State Disaster Management Authority, urged people to follow safety precautions.
