Producer Bandla Ganesh has undertaken a foot pilgrimage to Tirumala, despite suffering from severe knee pain. Upon learning about his condition, AP Minister Nara Lokesh personally called Bandla Ganesh to check on him. He advised him on precautions to take during the pilgrimage and wished for a speedy recovery so that Ganesh could complete his vow.
Bandla Ganesh had previously revealed that he had made a vow to Lord Venkateswara of Tirumala when TDP leader and former CM N. Chandrababu Naidu was arrested in a controversial case. Following Chandrababu Naidu’s release and electoral victory, Ganesh has now embarked on the pilgrimage, named ‘Sankalpa Yatra,’ purely out of devotion and admiration for the former CM, emphasizing that it has no political motive. The yatra started on January 19 from his residence in Shadnagar and will culminate with a darshan at Tirumala.
