Nandamuri Balakrishna is all set to return with a massive divine avatar in his much-awaited film Akhanda 2: Taandavam, directed by blockbuster filmmaker Boyapati Srinu. Produced by Ram Achanta and Gopichand Achanta under 14 Reels Plus and presented by M. Tejaswini Nandamuri, the film features music by S. Thaman and is slated for a grand worldwide release on December 5, 2025 in both 2D and 3D formats. The teaser and songs have already created tremendous hype, raising expectations to a new level among fans and movie lovers.
In a recent media interaction, action directors Ram-Lakshman revealed that Akhanda 2 will have a much grander scale than the first part, with powerful confrontations between divine and negative energies. Aadhi Pinisetty plays a strong and unique antagonist, while Balakrishna has reportedly performed nearly 99% of the action sequences himself, despite extreme weather conditions. The film will showcase multiple variations in action choreography with spiritual symbolism, including sequences inspired by Lord Shiva’s energy. The team promises that every action scene will give audiences goosebumps and leave them with an intense divine experience.
