‘RX 100’ Hero Kartikeya Takes on a New Avatar.. Set to Wield the Megaphone!

Kartikeya Gummakonda made a strong impression in Tollywood with his debut film RX 100 and went on to explore different roles in movies such as Guna 369, Gang Leader, Valimai and Bedurulanka 2012. However, after the release of Bhaje Vaayu Vegam in 2024, the actor did not announce another project, leading to curiosity among his fans about his next move.

After staying away from the limelight for nearly two years, Kartikeya is now set to take on a new responsibility. He has reportedly been working on his own story during the break and is making his directorial debut with a film in which he will also play the lead role. The project was officially launched with a grand pooja ceremony today under the banner of Kartikeya Creative Works. The makers are expected to reveal the film’s official details soon, while regular shooting is scheduled to begin next month.
