Mrunal Thakur Furious Over Deepfake Photos

Deepfake images created through the misuse of Artificial Intelligence continue to trouble celebrities. Actress Mrunal Thakur has now become a victim of such manipulated content after morphed pictures of her appeared on a page on X and went viral on social media.

Reacting strongly to the incident, Mrunal Thakur said creating and sharing deepfake images without consent is illegal and unacceptable. She demanded the immediate removal of the content and warned of legal action if the images were not taken down. She also cautioned that action would be taken against those who continue to share such pictures.
