The box-office clash between Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Jailer 2’ and Rowdy Star Vijay Deverakonda’s ‘Ranabali’ is shaping up to be an interesting one during the Dasara season. Despite speculation about possible postponements, both teams are working at a fast pace to complete their respective projects. Produced by Sun Pictures, ‘Jailer 2’ is expected to release on October 15, although reports suggest that its business deals are yet to be finalised.

Meanwhile, ‘Ranabali’, starring Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna, has already completed its shoot. The film is gearing up for an October 16 release, and with limited VFX work involved, the team is planning to complete censorship formalities in the first week of October. Promotional activities are expected to begin soon after.
