Devi Sri Prasad’s New Journey as an Actor

Popular music composer Devi Sri Prasad is all set to make his acting debut on the big screen with the upcoming film ‘Yellamma’. Directed by Venu Yeldandi of ‘Balagam’ fame, the movie is currently under production. On the occasion of Devi Sri Prasad’s birthday on August 2, the makers unveiled his first look from the film, where he appears in a retro style holding a crown.

The released glimpse suggests that Devi Sri Prasad will portray the role of a traditional drum artist in the film. Director Venu Yeldandi is creating the movie with a unique storyline and a strong cultural backdrop. Produced by Shirish under the Venkateswara Creations banner, ‘Yellamma’ will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada languages.
