Prabhas’ upcoming pan-India film Fauji is once again facing uncertainty over its release. The makers have officially announced December 3 as the theatrical release date, but reports indicate that filming and post-production work are yet to be completed. The team has maintained confidence that Prabhas’ availability will allow them to shoot in multiple locations simultaneously and complete the pending work on time. However, the current situation has led to renewed doubts among fans and trade circles.
Adding to the uncertainty, Dulquer Salmaan’s Srisri, Vishwak Sen’s Legacy and Naga Chaitanya’s Vrushakarma are also scheduled around December 4. With multiple films announcing their release dates despite Fauji being lined up for December 3, speculation about a possible postponement has increased. If Fauji moves out of the December slot, finding another ideal release date may not be easy, as several films have already occupied the Sankranti season. Some trade observers believe the film could even move to the summer next year if the production work takes longer than expected. However, the final decision will depend on how quickly the remaining work is completed. As of now, December 3 remains the official release date, and the makers have not announced any change.
