‘418’ Creates a Buzz on BookMyShow

Chaitra J Achar’s horror thriller 418 has received mixed responses from audiences and critics. Despite the divided reactions, the makers have claimed that the film has reached its breakeven point, offering a positive sign for the team. The movie reportedly sold close to 46,000 tickets on BookMyShow in the last 24 hours. Maintaining this level of ticket sales on its third day could provide a boost to its theatrical performance.

The film’s worldwide gross is estimated to be around ₹7 crore, although the producers have not yet released official collection figures. Presented by Prashanth Neel and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, 418 also features Surya Raj Veerabathini, Preethi Pagadala, Charan Lakkaraju and others in important roles. While the reported ticket sales have drawn attention, the film’s final box-office performance will become clearer once official figures are available.
