Salman Khan Launches Luxury Residential Project in the Chandigarh Region

Bollywood actor Salman Khan has officially launched a luxury residential project in the Chandigarh region of Punjab, in collaboration with real estate developer GB Realty and luxury brand Jacob & Co. The development, reportedly valued at ₹2,500 crore, is said to have registered names including SK Towers and Salman Khan Towers. The project will feature six towers offering premium 3 and 4 BHK apartments, designed to provide residents with modern amenities and an upscale living experience. The development is expected to attract attention in the luxury housing market because of its scale and association with the Bollywood star and the international luxury brand.

Although Salman Khan could not attend the launch event in person, he addressed attendees through a video message. Expressing his regret at missing the occasion, he said, “Due to unavoidable circumstances, I could not make it tonight, but, even though I am not physically present there, my heart, my spirit, and my best wishes are with you.” His message conveyed his support for the project and those involved in bringing it to life.
