US President Donald Trump has predicted a sharp fall in oil prices once the ongoing military conflict with Iran comes to an end. Trump said crude oil prices are currently facing pressure because of the Iran conflict and suggested that the situation is different from the price trends of other products in the United States.
In a post on his social media platform Truth Social, Trump said oil prices would “drop like a rock” as soon as the military conflict with Iran ends. His remarks come amid continued attention to the impact of the conflict on global crude prices and energy markets.
