Telangana MeeSeva Creates a New Record

Telangana’s MeeSeva digital platform has achieved a new milestone by recording a record 2,20,172 transactions in a single day on July 31, 2026. IT and Electronics Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu said this achievement reflects the growing trust of citizens in the state’s digital governance system. He stated that MeeSeva has emerged as one of the leading government online service platforms in the country by providing fast, transparent, and efficient services.

Normally, MeeSeva records around 70,000 to 80,000 transactions every day, but the record breaking single day activity included applications for family cards, transport department services, and income certificates among the top-used services. The Telangana government is continuously strengthening MeeSeva by adding more citizen services, improving technology infrastructure, and ensuring better accessibility and quality of services, the minister said.
