

The Telugu Association of North America (TANA) organised a special ‘Desi Dance Workout’ Zumba programme in North Carolina to promote health, fitness and enthusiasm among women. Held at a park, the event witnessed the participation of more than 250 women. Popular Zumba instructor Mounika Kavali trained the participants and later created awareness about the importance of maintaining good health. Soumyashree Talanki served as the host for the programme.
The event was organised under the leadership of TANA Health Services Coordinator Madhuri Eluri. Free breakfast was provided to all participating women, courtesy of Amogham Indian Restaurant. TANA President Dr. Naren Kodali and EVP Srinivas Rao congratulated everyone who contributed to the success of the programme. TANA representative Ravi (Nani) Vadlamudi, Special Projects Coordinator Naga Panchumarthi, Team Square Chairperson Kiran Kothapalli and Foundation Trustee Tagore Mallineni, along with others, played a key role in making the event a success.
