Massive Green Energy Projects for Rayalaseema

Rayalaseema is set to receive a major push in renewable energy with two large-scale solar and wind power projects planned in Kurnool and Anantapur districts. Minister Nara Lokesh is scheduled to lay the foundation stone for these projects today. The groundbreaking ceremony will take place in Hosur village of Pattikonda mandal, marking a significant step toward clean energy development in the region.

The projects, with a combined capacity of 800 megawatts, will be developed across 3,462 acres with an investment of ₹5,750 crore. These initiatives are expected to generate employment for around 4,000 people, contributing to regional economic growth while strengthening sustainable energy infrastructure.
