Indiramma Flat Lottery Announced for Four More Core Urban Constituencies

The Telangana Housing Board will conduct a lottery on November 3 to allot Indiramma LIG flats in four more constituencies under the Core Urban region, Housing Board Vice-Chairman Gautam announced. The draw will cover flats in Indiramma Towers located in Musheerabad, LB Nagar, Chandrayangutta and Goshamahal constituencies. A mop-up lottery will also be held on November 4 to allot flats that were cancelled for various reasons after the earlier allocation process across 16 constituencies.

In the previous round, beneficiaries were selected through constituency-wise lotteries based on the applications received. However, some applicants were later found ineligible during field-level verification, while others failed to make the required payments. The allotments made to them were subsequently cancelled. These vacant flats will now be allotted through the mop-up lottery to other eligible applicants who had already applied. Both lottery processes will be conducted online and livestreamed on YouTube and other social media platforms, Gautam said.
