Doctors across Telangana have begun an indefinite strike from today, leading to the suspension of outpatient (OP) services in government hospitals. The Telangana Government Doctors Association announced the decision, calling for statewide protests over their demands.
The association alleged that transfers were carried out in violation of rules and demanded strict implementation of Government Order 38. With OP services shut, patients visiting government hospitals are facing difficulties, while doctors have urged authorities to resolve the issue at the earliest.
